First please try logging in here. In case “invalid user details” popup appeared try registering again here.
We now use a new platform for the meditation challenge.
This platform has new features and allows us to share our content in a better and effective way.
Therefore it will be required to register once again in order to start the program.

Please follow these steps to register to the program:
1.Click here and you will be directed to the registration page
2.Please choose a registration option
- Facebook – You will have to login to your Facebook account
- The system will use the email registered in Facebook and log you in
- Chopra Center – a manual registration
- Simply fill in all the fields and click confirm
3.Once accepted you will be taken directly to the introduction page of the program
Sometimes Facebook features cause these kinds of errors.
Please clear your cookies and cache first.
Then try logging out from Facebook and register again using the Chopra Center logo on the registration page.
Once you have registered with us you will receive a confirmation email
letting you know that your account has been activated.
If you have not received a confirmation email, first please
check your junk or spam mail as some email filters will send
confirmations emails there. If this is not the case, your username,
which is your registered email was entered incorrectly.
If you have received emails us and
still receive a message "Invalid user details" during
login then your password is incorrect.
Please click on the forget password link or visit the "forgot password" page and your password will be emailed to you.
Forgot your password? Fill in your username (e-mail account you have registered with),
to have your password sent to your registered e–mail address.
We invite you to change your password from time to time for your own privacy and security.
A message confirming the change will be sent to your mail, that appears in our records.

If you don't remember what e–mail you registered with,

In order to ensure that you receive our
e–mails in your inbox and not in your spam or junk mail folder,
please add mcsupport@chopra.com to your address book and/or safelist.
This is oftentimes a result of server response in peak times.
In this case it is suggested to clear the cache and cookies of your browser, logout from the program, login and try again. You can login here
It is also suggested to pause the player for about 30 seconds and then click play again.
This will allow the player to load the audio file and play it smoothly.
The Facebook comments feature was provided to us by Facebook developers.
The option to sign up using different platforms wasn't created by the Facebook developers therefore couldn't be added here as well.
We kindly suggest addressing this question to the Facebook community.
The program is supported on PC, Mac, iPad and iPhone.
You will be able to listen to the meditation while logged in to the program.
The meditations are not yet downloadable but they will be once the program is over.
The audio player embedded on the meditation page based on HTML5 and works on devices which support it.
Please make sure your device and operating system support HTML5.
As an alternative you may listen to the meditations on your PC, MAC, iPad or iPhone.
